[Requesting a meeting with Hiroshi/Takashi regarding the events of the previous mission in which I, Richard, along with Nickolas, Tomond, and Akatsuki were sent out to retrieve two civilians that had escaped from the secondary estate]
*Richard enters the manor and speaks to the guard. He is weak on his feet after the surgery and still isn't at full strength. His shirt is unbuttoned and a bloody bandage can be seen wrapped around his chest*
"I need to speak to our superiors. I don't know whether Hiroshi or Takashi are available, but I need to speak to one of them. It's of the incident surrounded the eloped refugees and the subsequent encounter with Zeen Corps. "

As Richard confronts someone about his situation Hiroshi walks right into the room. Noticing the condition of Richard he tells him to follow him into his office and take a seat.
Hiroshi questions the urgency of his request and a worried expression seems to cover his face as he waits for Richard to respond.

*Richard stands straight with this hands locked behind the small of his back and his legs shoulder-length apart. His expression betrayed nothing of his thoughts or feelings*
"I trust you have been briefed as to the specifics of our recent mission into the forest in pursuit of the two escaped refugees, sir. It is of that I wish to speak. Particularly in regards to the actions of New Dawn personelle and the potential future implications should those actions be repeated by others in similarly crucial situations. With your permission, sir, I can go into greater detail."

Hiroshi listens as Richard makes his opening statement and then nods.
Hiroshi puts one hand on his chin as he waits for Richard to state his case.

*Richard took a deep breath as if about to plunge over a cliff. He closed his eyes for a moment, opened them, and focussed intensely on the man before him.*
"Our most recent mission was almost an unmitigated disaster. And I don't mean because I was almost killed. It was because the New Dawn lacks any kind of organization or chain of command amongst the lower ranks."
*Richard's voice became more intense and full of the bitter emotions of the previous mission*
"We received orders to escort the escaped refugees back or kill them to prevent them from revealing our location. The woman died of injuries sustained from an attack from wildlife, but the man lived. A man that, as it happened, was the son of Oliver's captain of the guard. That man insisted on returning to his father and refused to go back. Nickolas refused to let me kill the man and, instead, intended to take him back to his father. Nothing I could do, even reminding him of our orders, could convince him. The others agreed with him. "
*Richard looked at the floor before returning to what he was saying*
"I left in disgust, not wanting to be a party to their treachery and wanting to report on it. On my way back, I noticed Zeen Corps tracking us and heard them mention looking for rebels. I covertly followed them back. As soon as they found the others, the son approached them and almost revealed everything. I charged in and attacked him and the soldiers. The others abandoned me to die and I was alone with enemy soldiers. I managed to kill the man so he couldn't reveal our location then I fell back, as well. After being tracked and confronted by Zeen Corps again, I was, again, betrayed by the others as they chose to reveal information to #18, the Heimo Sinn leader of the Zeen Corps we encountered and leave me and my companion to die. When I refused to cooperate and divulge our organization or location, I was stabbed in the chest and my companion scorched. Luckily, they left me for dead and I was able to get treated. "
"The issue I wish to discuss is the lack of leadership and cohesion amongst the new recruits. We were left to our own devices and Nickolas and the others chose to not follow orders. I would recommend promoting squad leaders from amongst the recruits that you trust and that will follow whatever order you give them. Someone that acts with the authority of the New Dawn and can help ensure the recruits do not disobey in critical matters such as this. The existence of our entire organization was threatened in this incident, as well as all of our lives and the lives of the thousands of refugees we are caring for. We can't afford a repeat of this situation."
